Tapis GroupsWhat are Tapis Groups? They are the small group ministries of the Tapestry Church. "Tapis" is an antiquated, obsolete  Greek term for small Tapestries. We felt this was the perfect name for our small groups. Currently, we have a few options for you if you are interested in being a part of a small group of believers that meet during the week in their homes for Bible Study, Prayer, Discussion, Book Studies, Worship and/or Fellowship.

Vineyard Bible Institute &  Gateways Beyond

VBI

VBI is our local opportunity for training and education. We have been an extension of the Vineyard Bible Institute for the last year and a half. We offer VBI's courses as part of our Tapis (Small) Groups.

That means for those who register, they can receive college level credit for classes taken as a part of our small group ministries. The courses vary on topic, however, we are currently offering the "Kingdom Theology" courses. 

Accredidation for VBI is through St Stephens University which allows us to offer the BA of Christian Studies Degree. This can be followed by the Master's Degree through Trinity Learning Community.

Gateways Beyond

The Tapestry encourages our students to attend the best schools and take every opporunity that affords them the best future possible no matter distance or time. Gateways Training School is the Tapestry's chosen off-site opportunity for learning. Gateways Training School is a part of Gateways Beyond. 

Gateways is located in Cyprus. It's vision is simple:

"Gateways Beyond has a vision to train, equip, and launch young Messianic believers into world outreach. Our intensive six-month training school offers classroom study and practical experience, specifically for those believers with a clear call to Jewish world outreach. Areas of concentration include: intimacy with God, character building discipleship, worship & intercession, servanthood and Jewish outreach. Each school will culminate in a 4-6 week outreach, applying the classroom training to real life ministry."

Camps & RefreshingsThe Tapestry is known for their camps and refreshings. From their ski trips to the Annual Beach Refreshing, we believe in getting away and retooling. We consider these as great options not just for family and fun, but for learning and growth as well. We encourage you to come out and join us. Just watch the calendar and take part.

We are so sold on the idea that we now own the Tapestry Reserve, 50 acres on land in WV for camping, prayer and meeting with the LORD. For more on the reserve, (CLICK HERE)
